Ratatouille with Buckwheat
This gluten free ratatouille is our twist on the traditional French provincial dish. Juicy blend of vegetables freshly minced and mixed with red tomato sauce. We chose to garnish it with buckwheat, which is considered by many to be a superfood seed. Buckwheat is an excellent source of carbs and fiber, rich in magnesium, low in fat, easy to digest. It is widely used in the Eastern-European cuisine.
